Welcome to a Journey of Mindfulness and Transformation. I have spent most of my life amidst the stunning natural beauty of the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Surrounded by vibrant forests, wildlife, and the Great Lakes, I've come to deeply appreciate the tranquility and feeling of well-being that only nature can provide. As an Integrative Healing Arts Practitioner with a BS in Community Health Education, I hold a variety of credentials and memberships with the following organizations:

My Philosophy

I aim to turn suffering into strength, foster personal growth, and continually enhance knowledge and compassion. We all have the ability to self-heal and the skill to learn how.

Subconscious

Our subconscious is where all of our long-term habits and beliefs are stored, therefore our subconscious needs to be “activated” to reach those deeply stored conditioned ways we have been living, so that we can implement the changes we want to make.

Tools

I provide tools to aid in fostering self-love, change, and growth. Tools that access the subconscious mind, such as hypnosis and meditation bring deeper and lasting changes.

I am deeply passionate about holistic wellness and the mind-body-spirit connection. I'm a firm believer in the power of our ability to heal ourselves, as well as natural healing methods, and their ability to bring balance into our lives.

Jennifer's knowledge and articulation of the neurobiology of the hypnotic state has helped me understand it as a state of deep relaxation in which our subconscious mind is more open and susceptible to suggestion than normal. Jennifer prepares a detailed script specifically designed for the group or the individual she is working with, and then gradually takes the person or group into an increasingly relaxed state. In my private session I had Jennifer target my negative self-talk, and while such a neuropathway can't be changed overnight, I did notice a shift toward greater awareness and an easing of the pattern afterwards. A period of regular sessions would be ideal for achieving significant changes. One session is very valuable for calming a state of stress.
